Graduate Program
Just quietly, we’re very proud of our D&E Graduate Development Program. It’s produced some of the best talent in the industry, and shows no signs of slowing.
The goal is simple: to provide graduates with a broad overview of mechanical contracting, from site operations and engineering to estimating and project management, while building their working knowledge.
More specifically, the Graduate Engineering Program aims to develop the skills, knowledge and competencies of our newly appointed engineers.
Am I eligible?
The program is open to anyone who has completed an engineering degree and has less than two years professional work experience. You will likely be in your first full-time position since graduation.
What kind of experience will I gain?
As part of the program, you will be lucky enough to work across a range of disciplines with some of Australia’s best engineering and on-site talent. You will have access to a depth and breadth of experience and knowledge, ranging from design, estimating and engineering methods through to essential skills around teamwork and client management.
On top of this, engineering graduates will gain competencies in supervision, engineering practice (including planning, design, project management and risk assessment), along with an acute understanding of workplace and community safety, OHSE legislation and Quality systems.
