The night is always a great success and it wouldn’t be possible without the involvement of our fantastic suppliers and subcontractors, FTG Motor Group were our Platinum sponsor for the night, generously contributing $5,000.

A very big thankyou to our Gold sponsors (who donated $2,000 plus): Centre Hardware, Fujistu, Proplas, Grilltech and Reece.

This year D&E were lucky enough to have Nathan Buckley come along to the event, Nathan generously donated his time to the D&E Biggest Aussie Pie night as the “Patron of Challenge”, he presented the D&E Directors (Brad Alexander, Colin Way, Greg Andrews) with a framed carton drawing (refer to images of the night to see this fantastic artwork), commissioned by Challenge to thank D&E for their continued support.

Challenge Support Kids with Cancer

In 2008, D&E Air Conditioning began raising money for the charity through the Biggest Aussie Pie Night.

We raised so much money and had so much fun that we decided to do it again in 2009. And again in 2010. And again...

D&E value this charity and will continue to support it for many years to come. You can learn more about Challenge by visiting their website:

Testimonial 1:

“ Hi Rohan,

I received your small slip of paper yesterday with a very large number on it and the impact that number has on the services Challenge provides is a significant one. In this current climate, which is a very difficult one, monies like these are like true diamonds. D&E Air-Conditioning, through their support over the many years, has made a massive impact on Challenge and has allowed us to provide the ever increasing services that are in demand.

I’m not sure where Challenge would be without the support of D&E Air-Conditioning so I’d like everyone within your organisation to understand the effect your fundraising dollars has made on the Challenge program is enormous. We have been able to assist thousands of children and their families living with cancer here in Victoria and also around Australia.

I can’t thank you enough, words are inadequate and these words on paper don’t really give you an indication of just how grateful we are, as an organisation, for your support.

Once again, many thanks to you all.
