Air Conditioning Life cycle Service

We have computerised maintenance management systems that are managed in-house and can be used to provide the information to technicians, management and clients. An example of a typical maintenance engagement follows:

Utilising the Pronto maintenance management system provides D&E the platform to streamline the current process, devising a maintenance plan that incorporates the critical nature of some plant whilst allowing the flexibility to perform maintenance during non peak periods is essential. Our Maintenance Plan will follow key areas:

  • The current status of the equipment
  • The identification and coding of the equipment
  • Its location and accessibility
  • Its critical nature
  • Its priority for repair
  • Its maintenance frequency
  • Its tasking requirement
  • The ability to measure its performance against a KPI
  • In the first 90 days of the contract all assets and equipment will be recorded via an asset audit and entered into PRONTO
  • During the course of the contract period any equipment reductions or additions, changes in the scope of works or service frequency can be easily adjusted via the PRONTO system
  • Our comprehensive contract pricing also allows for pricing reductions or additions to also be easily adjusted in PRONTO
