With more than 500 employees across administration, finance, estimating, project management, drafting, plumbing, site operations and Service, we are on the hunt for a Service Admin Super Star to help us grow our Brisbane based team at Tingalpa.

 

Working alongside other Service Coordination Team Members you will play a vital role in daily operations and scheduling of service work across Far North NSW and Queensland.

Day to day responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for client work requests (via phone and email)
  • Use internal data management systems to log job details and schedule the allocation and distribution of works, maintaining open communication with all service technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the successful completion of works.
  • Accounts Payable – Raising purchase orders for materials, suppliers, and subcontractors. Matching supplier and subcontractor invoices for payment.
  • Accounts Receivable – Raising client invoices.
  • Manage / update client portals.
  • Administrative duties as required.

 

The Candidate:

The successful candidate for this opportunity will be highly motivated, confident in their communication skills and enjoy working a fast-paced team environment. You will also hold the following experience, skills, and attributes:

  • Experience using Pronto/Concur is extremely desirable.
  • Experience in Air Conditioning or similar industry, specifically maintenance contract scheduling, with breakdowns and quoted works.
  • Ability and confidence to communicate effectively with clients, management, subcontractors, and service technicians.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and planning
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong sense of initiative.
  • Quick and accurate data entry skills (Essential)
  • High attention to detail
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
